Mbog Liaa USA Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2017 by members of the Bassa Mpo’o Bati diaspora in the United States. But our story began long before 2017. It began generations ago — in forests, along rivers, and in a sacred stone that still stands today.
We believe that honoring our past means investing in our future. Our mission is to support sustainable initiatives that improve living conditions in Bassa-Mpo’o-Bati communities while educating the broader public about our history, culture, and enduring contributions.
We are proud members of the global Mbog Liaa Network, connecting Bassa Mpo’o Bati communities across continents — from the ancestral lands of Cameroon to the diaspora in the United States and beyond.
From the Pierced Stone to the present day, our story is one of survival, education, courage, and hope.
