MBOG LIAA USA continues to advance its mission of reducing the educational gap in rural schools across Cameroon.
On November 13, 2019, during ceremonies attended by academic leaders, government officials, teachers, parents, and students, MBOG LIAA USA officially delivered computer and communication equipment to establish E-Learning Centers in three secondary schools. The initiative was led by our President Pie Bayehe and the Worldwide General President Jerome Minlend.
The Impact of Your Support
Through the generosity of our donors, MBOG LIAA USA is transforming learning opportunities in rural Cameroon.
Before
- Many rural schools had little or no access to computers or digital learning tools.
- Students relied almost entirely on printed textbooks and traditional classroom instruction.
- Teachers had limited resources to introduce technology-based learning.
- Students in rural areas faced a significant disadvantage compared to urban schools
With donor support, The E-Learning Centers were created in the following schools:
- Yabassi Bilingual High School (Haut-Nkam Division)
- Matomb Government High School (Nyong-et-Kéllé Division)
- Ekitè Government High School (Sanaga-Maritime Division)
Today
- Students have access to computers and digital educational resources.
- Teachers can integrate technology into their lessons.
- Schools now provide modern learning opportunities that prepare students for the digital world.
- Rural students are gaining skills that help them compete academically and professionally.
Result
Through this initiative, MBOG LIAA USA is helping level the playing field for rural schools by giving students and teachers access to modern digital tools and educational resources. These E-Learning Centers open new opportunities for learning, research, and technological literacy. Students who once had limited resources now have tools to learn, explore, and build a brighter future.
This achievement represents an important milestone in our vision of building stronger, more sustainable communities through education.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all our contributors and supporters. With your continued partnership, we will keep expanding opportunities and transforming lives in our rural communities.
